Usage Policy
We adhere to UC Davis' computer use policy and general policies. We expect all CHMS computer users to follow those policies, and we do enforce them, as needed. Here are a couple of condensed elements of the policy that you might find helpful: General Don’ts and Email Policy Highlights. Please also note that eating is not allowed in the labs, and your help and courtesy in keeping things clean is appreciated.

Print Quotas
A print quota of 250 pages per quarter will be allotted to undergraduate users of the lab beginning September 1, 2009. If you exceed your quota, you may bring in one ream of white 8 1/2" x 11" paper, which can be purchased at the UCD Bookstore. You will need the receipt or a copy of it. This will restart your quota at 250 pages and cover the cost of ink used. When you go to print, select the printer DOUBLEMINT for double-sided printing and the printer SPEARMINT for single-sided printing.
